Once the heart of ancient Akragas, the Valley of the Temples was one of Sicily's wealthiest and most influential cities. The park became a UNESCO heritage site in 1997 and boasts one of the best-preserved Greek temples in history, the temple of Concordia.

The splendid Vendicari nature reserve will leave you speechless. In addition to boasting rich flora, there is also a great variety of fauna. It is the favorite resting place for migratory birds who want to reach northern Europe from Africa. The reserve also has 13 km of unspoiled beach, and on its coast, it is possible to admire an ancient tonnara.

The tour begins with a visit to Taormina, one of the fascinating villages in Sicily. Favorite summer destination of aristocrats and charming characters, Taormina has become a stop not to be missed if you come to Sicily. The tour includes a visit to two fishing villages: Aci Trezza (the famous setting of the novel I Malavoglia, by Verga) and Aci Castello.
